What are Skin Boosters and Bio-remodellers?

Skin Boosters and Bio-remodellers are an injectable hyaluronic acid (a substance naturally produced by our bodies to maintain skin moisture) that act as an internal 'moisturiser' to hydrate skin, improve skin quality and to give the skin an overall ‘boost’.
A Bio-remodeller also provides strength and repair to the skin beneath the surface level. Skin will be visibly tightened, and its texture and tone will be improved, thereby prompting a smoothing and lifting effect.
Skin boosters and bio-remodellers will improve the skin’s elasticity, firmness, tone, texture and radiance by stimulating natural collagen production - which we begin to lose collagen from age 30. An easy way to achieve a glowing complexion and long-term rejuvenation.

Profhilo
Profhilo, a bio-remodeller, offers an innovative approach to anti-aging. It not only boosts and hydrates the skin, but also remodels ageing and sagging tissue. The most common areas of treatment include the face and neck but it can also be used for the harder to treat areas such as; décolletage, hands, arms, knees and abdomen area, where it would effectively treat skin laxity. The treatment is suitable for men and women in their 30s and up but offers skin benefits for all ages.
Seventy Hyal
The Seventy Hyal skin booster acts as the perfect skin rejuvenation treatment to improve skin texture and skin laxity whilst adding gentle volume. Think 'glass skin' effect.
The treatment is suitable for men and women and is more suited to clients in their 20's and 30's but has benefits for all ages.
Redensity 1
Redensity 1 is a redensification treatment that is perfect for revitalising and moisturising the skin.
The treatment is injected into the surface layer of the skin and can be used in the face, neck and décolleté, and not only leaves your skin feeling hydrated and smooth, but also can help prevent the formation of new wrinkles.

How long does the treatment take?
Usually around 30 minutes.
When will I see results?
Profhilo
Optimum results are seen after the 2nd session done at 4 week intervals.
Seventy Hyal
Optimum results are seen after 3 treatments 1 month apart.
Redensity 1
Optimum results are seen after 3 treatments, 2 weeks apart.
Do I need 'top-ups'?
A maintenance session every 6 months is recommended to maintain optimal results.
Can I have treatment on the same day?
Is it painful?
Is there any downtime?
It is always recommended to have a consultation first and then a “contemplation period” where you can make an informed decision. However, it is possible to discuss and treat on the same day if preferred.
We use topical numbing cream as it can be a little uncomfortable without the numbing cream.
Depending on your skin, it can take 24-72 hours for bumps to subside.
